I never used a product like this before and I got really interested to test it out. In the past few months my nails have been in a really weak stage, they are breaking easily and splitting so much that I had to keep them super short at all times. I’m not sure why this happened as I have a really balanced diet and I take vitamins regularly and really take care of my health. But as my nails have been weak I decided to try to do something about that and I just got biotin tablets to hopefully make my nails stronger. Today I’ll share with you my full review on Catrice Cosmetics Nail repair overnight serum.
Packaging is similar to any other nail polish. Small glass bottle with removable cap. In this packaging you get 10.5 ml of product or 0.35 fl. oz. I first thought this would be like regular nail polish, but this is really a serum. It has serum consistency and it is easy to apply with a brush. This is a nicely lightweight serum that is easily spreadable and blended into nails. You are supposed to apply this before going to bed and just blend it into the nails. This is supposed to be nail and cuticle care with 86% natural ingredients. Catrice Cosmetics Nail repair overnight serum is formulated with almond oil, panthenol and vegan keratin substitute. This product is vegan.
This is a lightweight white serum that is easy to apply. It has a really light scent that reminds me of almond scent. This product comes in regular nail polish packaging and brush you apply serum with is regular nail polish brush. This amount of product can last quite a long time, as you use this really slowly as obviously you don’t use a lot of product per application. Catrice Cosmetics Nail repair overnight serum is really easy to use and apply before going to sleep. It absorbs into nails quickly and it is easy to massage into nails. It doesn’t leave a sticky feeling or any residue on nails. I sometimes use this serum while watching series during the day to give some extra care to my nails. I have to admit that I see a difference in my nails since I started using this serum. My nails look a lot better than before. I feel like they are also stronger and they split less easily. All in all I think this was a good purchase. I also liked the process of applying this one every night before bed, it kinda gave me that spa feeling and it felt good putting some care to my nails as well. Even though these products seem like gimmicks, I enjoyed it. Now, I do like weird and unnecessary products like this one, so I might be exaggerating when I say I think I’ll repurchase this one. I really enjoy using this one every night before bed and it definitely became part of my daily routine.
