I remember going crazy for Balea water sprays five years ago. I was so impressed with Balea for actually coming up with this concept and I know that I bought many water sprays. I had travel size and big sizes of water sprays in all scents. My favourite was the original water spray, that was just water, but I remember the scented ones as well. I had coconut, melon, pool party water sprays and I remember I used up multiple of all the scents. I also had one limited edition water spray that was with basil and lime I think. I think I bought all Balea water sprays that I could find in my local drugstore, believe me I was obsessed. But I haven’t owned any Balea water spray in a while and I got so excited seeing new Balea water sprays that I got them immediately. On my old blog I reviewed Balea water spray about 5 years ago. Today I'll share with you a full review on Balea EXOTIC and BERRY water spray.
Packaging is cute. The original Balea water spray has a different bottle and spray and if I’m being honest I liked the original packaging better than this one. I like that these come in aerosol bottles, so the water that you spray is always cool and refreshing. Keeping this one in a fridge also is an amazing idea for those super warm summer days. This is a product that will definitely refresh and cool you down. These are vegan products and they come with 150 ml of product. These are technically just water with some fragrance in, but believe me they work so well as a body, hair and face mists. Balea EXOTIC water spray has a scent of exotic fruit, it is sweet and citrusy at the same time. Balea BERRY water spray has a sweet berry scent that reminds me of the scent of forest fruit. Both of these have gentle smells, they are not overly intense or powerful. Balea water sprays are more expensive then before, now they are more than 2 Euros and before they were well under 2 Euros, but fair enough, I mean everything is more expensive now sadly.
These do smell lovely. I personally like both scents, but if I have to choose I would pick Balea BERRY water spray as it has a sweeter scent. Both of these work the same, they are water sprays that will give you a bit of hydration, refreshment and cooling sensation on skin. I think Balea water sprays are perfect to have on the go, in the car, your everyday bag or at the beach on holiday. I’m going on holiday soon and I know I’ll take Balea water sprays with me. These are your perfect companion for long, hot summer days. They will refresh you, give you light hydration and cool you down from heat while making you smell delicious. These are definitely perfect on the go as during summer everyone sweats more than usual, so having these is perfect, not only are they refreshing, but they will make you smell great all the time. I constantly worry that I might smell different when I sweat in the gym or out and about in summer heat, but having these just in case would be a great idea. I sometimes use Balea water spray as a hair mist, to make my hair smell fresh throughout the day and it works great. Scent doesn’t last long in hair, but still I don’t mind applying as it is so easy. I do use Balea water spray as a refreshing makeup mist also, it is great when you just retouched your makeup and added some extra powder to keep your face oils at bay. Balea water spray takes off the powdery effect and just gives that natural, healthy glowy look.
I can honestly recommend Balea EXOTIC and Balea BERRY water sprays. I love these, I loved them 5 years ago and I love them now. Nothing has changed, these are still amazing summer products. I can definitely call these my summer essentials. These are great on the go product and I can’t recommend it enough. That’s all from me today. I hope you enjoyed this review.
