I needed new day cream and as I’m back to Bosnia I knew I wanted to try some new Balea skin care products. I actually went a bit crazy in the DM store and got so many new Balea skin care products. You can definitely expect a lot of Balea reviews coming on the blog in next months. I liked the packaging of this cream, I think it looks really nice and I usually enjoy skin care products with collagen. Today I’ll share with you my full opinion on Balea Beauty Collagen day cream.
Packaging of Balea Beauty Collagen day cream is really cute and pretty. Cream comes in plastic packaging, but it looks pretty and packaging is sturdy. I personally don’t mind that it is plastic as it is easy to carry around and it’s not too heavy. You get 50 ml of product. Balea Beauty Collagen day cream has SPF 15, light and very gentle smell and it is lightweight texture that is easy to apply and blend into the skin. Balea Beauty Collagen day cream is supposed to make up to 87% wrinkle depth reduction and improve skin firmness. Balea Beauty Collagen day cream is formulated with peptides and acacia collagen. This cream is supposed to actively improve skin firmness and skin elasticity and give an intense anti wrinkle effect. Peptides in Balea Beauty Collagen day cream is supposed to promote skin’s own collagen production and reduce natural collagen loss. The active ingredient combination in this Balea day cream combined with Acacia collagen, which is a plant based collagen alternative, protects skin barrier and provides noticeable and long lasting moisture.
Balea Beauty Collagen day cream is really easy and quick to use. Cream is truly lightweight and smooth, so blending it into the skin is easy. You don’t need a lot of product per application and this cream makes skin appear soft, smooth and it gives a healthy glow. I usually love Balea face creams and one of my all time favourites is Balea Aqua hydrating gel cream. I couldn’t find that cream in my local DM store, but I found Balea Aqua sheet mask, so I’m sure they still produce it. Balea Aqua cream is my favourite cream for summer as it is lightweight, hydrating, but not sticky or oily on the skin. Balea Beauty Collagen day cream is perfect day cream as it is lightweight, easy to apply and blend into the skin. It is hydrating, but not greasy. Balea Beauty Collagen day cream has SPF 15, which obviously is not enough, but for dark, grey winter days it is pretty nice. I sometimes forget to apply SPF before going out, so having a day cream with SPF in it is pretty convenient.
I love how this Balea cream makes my skin look, it gives that beautiful healthy glow, but you can’t feel the cream on the skin and there is no greasy feeling at all. Balea Beauty Collagen day cream provides nice hydration to the skin, it is enough for day to day. I do use this cream in combination with the Balea Beauty Hyaluron serum which itself is really hydrating, so it might be that the cream feels hydrating because of the serum. I did try this cream alone and for me it felt hydrating and it was perfectly fine alone for my skin. Apparently this cream is supposed to be for the 45-65 age group, but to be honest I think it is perfectly fine for any skin age, you can use it even if you are in your 20s. I really like this day cream and I would definitely repurchase it. Balea Beauty Collagen day cream is a great choice for everyday skin care and honestly I can’t say anything bad about it.
