I have tried so many Balea Beauty Expert serums so far. I will link all the Balea serums I already reviewed on the blog under the blog post, so you can check them out. Right when I saw the Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum on Instagram, I knew I wanted to get it as soon as possible, because this serum sounded like everything my skin needs. Plump and glowy skin is what I strive for, I love the look of glowy skin, so serum that promises that sounds perfect for me and what I like skin care products to be. So far I really liked every Balea Beauty Expert serum I tried, so I really expected a lot from the Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum. This is a newer serum in Balea actually, so if you were wondering if it is any good, keep reading! Today I’ll share with you my opinion and full review on Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum.
Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum comes in a blue box and the serum is in a dark glass bottle with a pipette. You get 30 ml of product. Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum is formulated with 0.3% polyglutamine and 2% hyaluronic acid. This serum is supposed to smooth and moisturise your skin, promote circulation and make skin appear more even. It also contains 1.5% caffeine and 5% niacinamide. It is fragrance free. Obviously hyaluronic acid is great for hydration, niacinamide is great to make skin texture more even and make pores look smaller. Caffeine is a good antioxidant and it is supposed to reduce inflammation, reduce fine lines and puffiness, promote collagen production and much more. Polyglutamic acid is also supposed to promote hydration and it can help reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum is around 6-7 Euros which is really affordable.
Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum is transparent, super lightweight, runny serum that absorbs really quickly into the skin. It does leave a bit of a sticky feeling on the skin, so if you don’t like that be aware as this one is a bit sticky on the skin. I personally didn’t mind that as the cream I put on top is not sticky. Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum has nice consistency, it is perfect consistency for serum in my opinion. It is in between runny and thick, so you can nicely apply it and spread on the skin. This serum is not as impressive as some other Balea serums I tried recently.
Balea Beauty Expert Plum & Glow serum is not super hydrating, I feel like Balea Beauty Expert Hyaluron serum is much more hydrating. If you have normal or oily skin this serum will be a good hydrating serum, but if you have dry skin I feel like this Plump & Glow serum won’t be enough for dry skin. When I apply Plump & Glow serum I feel like my skin still has a bit of a tight feeling, like it is not hydrated enough and that it needs more hydration. This serum makes my skin nicely glowy and smooth, it really makes my skin look pretty, but I can’t get over the tight feeling it leaves. I’m not sure if this Balea Plump & Glow serum makes skin more even, my skin texture is pretty good already, so I don’t really need serum to make skin more even. Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum is not my favourite and I probably wouldn’t repurchase it. I would not recommend this serum if you have dry skin, but if you have oily skin it might be really good for people with oily skin.
I’m not really impressed with the Balea Beauty Expert Plump & Glow serum, which makes me sad as I really had great experience with the Balea Beauty Expert collection. I won’t repurchase this serum from the Balea Beauty Expert line. But definitely check out my other Balea Beauty Expert products review as I have so many on the blog. That’s all from me for today.
