I’m a big fan of Sex and the City series and a big fan of Carrie Bradshaw. As Sarah Jessica Parker was Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City I had to support the actress with purchasing some of her products. I really like Sarah Jessica Parker as a person, she is so lovely and I trust her recommendations and advice when it comes to fashion and beauty, so I knew that her products would be lovely. I’m really into body mists currently, much more than fragrances, so for my first Sarah Jessica Parker purchase I decided to get Lovely Lights body mist. Today I will share my opinion and full review on Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Lights body mist.
Packaging is more than cute and lovely. I love the packaging of Sarah Jessica Parker fragrances and body mists, they all look so pretty and chic. Packaging is plastic, so it is easy to carry and travel with. Sprayer works really well and distributes product lovely. Apparently these products are made in the UK. I think there are 5 fragrances that are new to the collection and they all look so pretty. I will definitečly try more SJP fragrances and body mists. Every SJP fragrance has matching body mist which I think is very smart. Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Lights body mist has a really soft scent, it is not intense, too sweet or too much. It is actually such a nice scent and I feel like I would get so much wear out of this one in the summertime. Lovely Lights body mist comes with 236 ml of product or 8 fl. Oz. Price of Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Lights body mist is 15 USD.
Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Lights body mist not only looks lovely, it also smells lovely and I enjoy using it. As you can expect body mists don’t last as long on skin or clothes as fragrances do, but I personally like them for summer time when it is extremely hot and every fragrance smell makes me feel nauseous. I also like body mists for the gym, as I love smelling good in the gym. I go hard with every workout and I sweat a lot. I like to make sure to smell good, so in my gym bag I always have some kind of body mist. Lovely Lights body mist smells very gentle, so you won’t be able to feel it on you, it is definitely a very subtle scent. I’m not sure how to explain the scent, it doesn’t remind me of anything, it is not floral or fruity.
I personally like the scent, I don’t like very intense scents, so for me this one is really nice. I don’t think I would repurchase Lovely Lights body mist, I would like to try some other SJP body mists and fragrances. Apparently Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Lights body mist is inspired by the energy of NYC and spirit of Brodway, it is also developed by perfumer Laurent LeGuernac. Apparently Lovely Lights scent is a combination of exotic florals, lush woods and sensual musks. This body spray doesn’t smell intense as I mentioned and it doesn’t last very long, only a few hours on clothes and skin. I would like to try a perfume version of this scent or some other to see how long does that one last. So definitely the next purchase on my wishlist is perfume by Sarah Jessica Parker and maybe I will review it also.
All in all I really like Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely Lights body mist and I will definitely try more from the Sarah Jessica Parker fragrance line. That’s all from me for today.
