Every now and then I get some Yves Rocher products to try. I usually go for their body care products, but sometimes I like to try some skin care goodies. I already tried one Yves Rocher face mask, but that one was for deep cleaning of the skin. Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask is formulated with organic marigold which I love for skin. I usually have marigold multi purpose balm in my beauty stash, I love to use it for damaged lips, skin burns or any damage that I have on my skin. I never had a marigold face mask before, so I was really excited to get this one and try it in my skin care routine. Today I will share with you my opinion and full review on Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask with organic marigold extract.
Packaging of Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask is super simple, but easy to use. I like these small versions of face masks that Yves Rocher offers, because you can try the mask a few times. In this packaging you get 30 ml of product, which lasts me for more than 10 applications easily, it depends on how thick the layer you apply each time. Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask is formulated with organic marigold extract that is great for regeneration of the skin. You are supposed to apply this face mask on cleansed skin and leave it on for about 10 minutes and then remove excess with a napkin. Regenerate balm mask has light yellow colour, creamy consistency and light scent. You almost don’t feel the scent while applying a face mask, it is a really soft scent. I personally really like the scent, it reminds me of calendula scent that I like. This mask is supposed to be soothing, regenerating and nourishing. It is recommended for all skin types. You can use it day and night. It is formulated with organic marigold extract, coconut oil and shea butter. Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask is 34 DKK, which is about 4-5 Euros.
Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask does feel really balmy, soft and smooth when you apply it. Mask has light yellow colour, thick texture that is easy to apply with fingers or face mask applicator or brush. Yves Rocher balm mask has a really light, soft scent that you almost don’t feel when you are applying a face mask. While wearing face mask skin definitely feels good, I can feel my skin enjoying the mask on and it really has a soothing effect. That doesn’t surprise me because marigold is great for skin itchiness, burns or any damages on the skin.
I love to use Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask on days when my skin feels itchy or on the days after I do deep cleaning of the skin using black soap, face scrub and some sort of deep cleaning mask like green clay or black clay face masks are. Yves Rocher mask after that kind of skin treatment feels extra soothing, it really calms the skin down, making it soft and smooth after you remove the mask. This mask is easy to remove, I usually use damp cloth and after that wash my face with water. Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask is a great product, I’m really glad I tried it. This is such a good face mask to have in the skin care stash. It is great for emergencies, especially if you do some treatment that makes skin really sensitive and reactive. If you have sensitive skin I think that Yves Rocher Regenerate balm mask could be a great face mask, it is amazing.
