I used to do face mask a lot more often than now. I feel like I completely went out of routine when it comes to pampering my skin with a face mask a few times a week. I decided it is time to go back to my usual routine where I would use a face mask at least twice a week to refresh my skin and pamper it. I decided to buy a new face mask for that occasion and I chose Yves Rocher purify fresh mask with organic peppermint.
I’m not sure if this is a small size of this mask or if it is the regular amount you get. In store they only had this one available and online I couldn’t find different packaging or bigger size. This face mask comes with 30 ml of product or 1 fl. oz. I definitely had face masks in this size before, so this might be the original packaging. I personally really like the packaging, it is simple and easy to use. Also, it is definitely travel friendly and it can fit in any travel bag. Product is gel consistency, easy to apply and spread on skin, it has a fresh peppermint scent and it is green in colour. You are supposed to apply this one all over your face and leave it on for 10 minutes and after wash it off with water. Now the price is a bit high, I payed 115 DKK, which for 30 ml seems a bit high, but then skin care here is pretty expensive.
I personally love gel face masks. They are my favourite, just because they are easy to use and wash off. I never buy peel of face masks, because I hate removing them. Gel face masks are my favourite just because you can easily spread them all over your face and they are usually super refreshing and calming for your skin, so they are great to use after a long day or during summer time to refresh your skin. I used to love applying gel face masks after a long day of work and just laying and relaxing while the mask was doing the job. This face mask definitely gives me the same feeling, it is very fresh, calming and feels absolutely amazing on the skin.
Yves Rocher Purify face mask nicely refreshes the skin, giving it a fresh and relaxed feel. It is great to use in summer time as it gives that nice cooling effect on the skin. Honestly this is a good mask that will refresh and cool your skin without drying it out or giving that uncomfortable tight skin feeling. I don’t feel like Yves Rocher face mask will get rid of acne or breakouts, but it will purify your skin if it makes sense. I feel like mint in this face mask refreshes but also purifies the pores and your skin after it is refreshed and clean. I like this face mask, I will definitely repurchase this one at some point. I think it is a good quality product and worth having in skin care stash.
