Visiting Travnik, my outfit and Michael Kors Parker crossbody bag

Me and my husband did some travelling while we were in Bosnia & Herzegovina, so I decided to share some of it. During one hot weekend we decided to go to Travnik, visit the old town, have lunch, wander around and visit the museum in Travnik and the old castle. We decided to start with an old castle as it was really hot, so we could cool off while we were checking stuff at the museum. Old castle in Travnik is a beautiful, truly stunning place and definitely a must see if you are in Bosnia. You have to pay an entrance fee (around 3 Euros) and you can enjoy the castle, a few activities and a museum. In museum you can really see a lot of stuff, it is beautiful and definitely an experience. You can see different clothing from old times and different information on old castle. While you wander around the old town you can see many shops, places to eat and just enjoy the atmosphere. We had lunch, traditional to Travnik (ćevapi). We visited the popular place ‘Hari’ Travnik and ate really good and had great, refreshing, all natural juice. We had a great time in Travnik really, before we went we had a coffee at a restaurant close to the old castle. It has a beautiful view of an old castle, a lot of greenery and really pretty water.

Now a few words about my outfit and the whole look. I love wearing dresses in the summer, it is my go to look. I rarely wear pants in summer, because I like flowy dresses more. This dress is one of my favourites because it is so well made and the colour is so unique and different to anything I own in my wardrobe. This is a Mexx dress and I got it a few years back and it is still in perfect condition. It is a viscose dress, so very comfortable, breathable and easy to wear. I wore my usual leather slippers that I love for summer, but this was not a good option as stones get really slippery. I completely forgot about that when I was deciding what to wear, so I would definitely suggest trainers. I will say that I had a great time walking on pretty green grass, it was really cool and refreshing. So if I was wearing sneakers I would miss that, so all in all I like that I choose slippers. For jewellery I wore my usual everyday gold earrings, necklace with pendant A, bracelet, engagement ring and wedding band. I also wore my favourite Caravelle New York golden watch, which is my go to piece.

I will give you a quick review on Michael Kors Parker crossbody bag. By now I sold this bag, so that can tell you that it didn’t find a place in my bag collection unfortunately. I got this bag while I was in Denmark and right away I knew it would be hard for me to love this bag. It is beautiful and of really nice quality, but it can’t fit much and the strap can’t be removed from the bag. It is quite long, which is not my go to way to wear a bag. Gold chain is pretty heavy and as it gets in contact with leather, it leaves marks on it. Bag has nice compartments, but again you really can’t fit much in. Michael Kors Parker crossbody bag is tručly stunning. I got many compliments while wearing it, but it wasn’t perfect for me which is the reason I sold it. I’m glad that I sold it, so now I can buy a different bag and I already have one in mind.
