This will be a bit weird review as the Essence Make me Brow product is really old, I have been using this one for years and I love it. I used up at least 5 of these before, but lately I used up Catrice brow gel and decided to repurchase Essence Make me Brow that is one of my favourite brow gels. I already reviewed the Essence Live Life in Coral limited edition collection, but I managed to find it in store randomly. That was really weird because here Essence limited edition collections sell out super quickly. So in this blog post I will share my opinion and review on Essence Make me Brow eyebrow gel mascara that is one of my favourite brow gels and Essence Live Life in Coral blush lighter stick that I luckily found in store as it was sold out online.
First few words on packaging. Essence Make me Brow has really simple packaging, it is like little mascara and it looks cute. Essence Make me Brow eyebrow gel mascara comes with 3.8 ml of product and it is 25 DKK which is around 3 Euros, so super affordable. Essence Make me Brow eyebrow gel mascara contains filling fibres that make brows appear thicker. I got shade 04 – Ashy Brows which is a cool toned dark brown shade. Essence Live Life in Coral blush lighter stick comes with 7 g of product and I paid 29 DKK which is around 3.6 Euros. Essence blush lighter stick is in shade 01 – Glowin’ Coralistic, Baby! Packaging of this one is stunning, as is usual with Essence limited edition products. I only wish that the cap is coral and not transparent. I feel like that product would look classier. This is supposed to be a creamy blush lighter stick that combines soft pink blush with golden shimmer.
Essence Make me Brow is perfect, easy, fuss free brow gel that is really affordable. I usually don’t need to re apply it throughout the day, but if it is windy and rainy, sometimes I need to brush out my brows or apply a little bit more of the gel. I would say that this is a great, easy makeup product that you don’t see in brows and it looks very natural. It gives that natural brow look when you use it alone and I love using it for minimal makeup days alone. If I’m wearing full face of makeup I do add a little bit of brow pomade and this Essence Make me Brow gel and it looks lovely. I love Essence Make me Brow eyebrow gel with natural or full face makeup looks, I think it looks super pretty and it is one of the best eyebrow gels that I tried so far. If you are looking for a good, cheap and good quality eyebrow gel, Essence Make me Brow eyebrow gel is amazing. I will keep repurchasing Essence Make me Brow eyebrow gel, it is a great product and great price. Essence Live Life in Coral blush lighter stick is a nice, creamy stick that is very glowy. It actually doesn’t have much pigment, the pink colour this product gives is very light, it can’t be blush at all. Only way I can use this product as a blush, I need to combine it with another cream blush that has more pigment. When I combine this blush lighter with another cream blush I get a lovely glowy blush and the effect is super pretty.
Essence Live Life in Coral blush lighter can be used as cream highlighter as it doesn’t have much pink pigment and it is really glowy. I read a few reviews that claimed that Essence Live Life in Coral blush lighter doesn’t have visible shimmer or glitter, but I have to disagree. This product is extremely shimmery, it also has glitter particles that you can clearly see on skin. I personally don’t mind that too much as long as the product provides a nice glow, which Essence Live Life in Coral blush lighter definitely has, this product gives a stunning pinkish glow. I’m glad I got Essence Live Life in Coral blush lighter as I needed a new cream highlighter. If I got this one to use as blush I would probably be disappointed as this can not be blush unless you combine it with another cream blush. I will use this one as a cream highlighter, I actually quite like the glowy look it gives.
