Artdeco High Performance Lifting foundation review

post-title

Artdeco is one of my favourite makeup brands. Every single product that I tried from Artdeco was amazing and it is really a great quality makeup brand. One of my all time favourite foundations is Artdeco Rich treatment foundation, I used up two bottles of that one. One day in a local drugstore they had an amazing offer on Artdeco foundations and I decided to repurchase Artdeco Rich treatment foundation and to try Artdeco High Performance foundation. Today I’ll share my full review on Artdeco High Performance Lifting foundation.

Packaging of this foundation is really pretty, it looks elegant, luxe and classy. You get 30 ml of product. Bottle of this foundation is mat glass, very heavy and elegant. This is supposed to be a long lasting, moisturising foundation that has gold particles that give that healthy skin look. This foundation is supposed to have a light, creamy texture that melts into skin, providing natural, radiant and even complexion. This is supposed to be an innovative formula that makes skin appear smoother and firmer. Small lines and wrinkles are supposed to appear reduced. This foundation contains UV filters and vitamin E. Foundation is suitable for all skin types. I got this foundation in shade 15 (Reflecting vanilla) that is supposed to be a neutral undertone. For me this foundation looks warm personally, it has that yellow undertone that I really love, it suits me the best.

Unveil flawless skin with Artdeco High Performance Lifting Foundation.

Shade range of this foundation is a bit weird, shade 05 and 10 were all darker than this one, so I had a bit of trouble picking the right shade. Shade 20 was also too dark for me, so I could only pick this one. Thankfully this shade works for me and I can wear it without too much trouble. I don’t like that this foundation gets darker when it dries down. Shade match when I just put it on is spot on perfect, but when it dries down it gets darker and shade has a slight orange tint to it. It’s not bad on the skin that I have to completely drag it down the neck, but I do have to add a bit of bronzer on my neck if I wear this one in winter. In summer time I can wear this one alone and it works really well. If I wear a really light layer of this foundation I don’t need any bronzer on the neck, but if I want medium-high coverage, the shade is noticeable and I have to darken my neck. Half of pump of foundation is enough for me for daily basis, but full pump is more of a medium coverage. Full pump of this foundation gives really stunning look on skin. It covers redness and imperfections so well that you don’t need concealer. Gold shimmer that Artdeco High performance foundation has are not noticeable on the skin, skin just has nice dewy finish. I have an oily T zone and this foundation does get shiny on those areas, so setting with powder is a must. That is the case with every foundation for me. I do have to reapply powder once a day to get rid of oil, or use blotting paper. Artdeco High performance foundation lasts the whole day on my skin and looks amazing all day. It has a tendency to rub off on my nose or chin area, because those are really oily parts of my face. This foundation does dry down on skin and you don’t have to powder it if you don’t like that. I personally like to apply a thin layer of powder all over my skin, just because it looks better in my opinion. Other than that, the Artdeco High performance foundation looks stunning and I love wearing it.

All in all I really love the Artdeco High performance foundation and I’m sure it will become a staple in my makeup collection. I love how this foundation makes my skin look and I’m sure I’ll repurchase it in future. That’s all from me today. I hope you enjoyed this review. Let me know if you tried the Artdeco High performance lifting foundation? What is your favourite foundation? Do you usually use foundation or tinted moisturisers? I’m a fan of tinted moisturiser for daily use, but every now and then I like the perfect look that foundation gives. What is your favourite makeup brand? Thank you for reading. Have a nice day! xx
