When I first saw this products advertised I knew I wanted to try it as soon as possible. I just love the idea of this product, I love products that are supposed to give a natural glow to the skin and make you look radiant and healthy. Of course this is supposed to be a drugstore dupe for Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood flawless filter. Seems like everyone loves Hollywood flawless filter, so it seems natural that drugstore brands will try to create similar product to this one. Today I’ll share with you my opinion on Maybelline Perfector 4in1 glow makeup.
Packaging is interesting. They decided to do packaging similar to their famous Maybelline Instant anti age eraser multi use concealer. I honestly don’t mind this packaging, I think it is fun and works for this type of product. Now I do have an issue that this product comes with 20 ml of product, I feel like they should have 30 ml product. This is the type of product that you would use a lot of per one application, because it is more sheer, so most people will go through this one quickly. Also this one is pretty much the same price as Maybelline foundations that come with 30 ml of product. I paid 99 DKK for this product and that was actually an offer, this one is more expensive in Denmark. Maybelline Perfector 4in1 glow makeup is supposed to be used as primer, concealer, highlighter and bb cream.
As I said, I love the idea of this product. I knew I would not use this one as a concealer, because I knew it would be too sheer for that. But combined with other concealer this product is beautiful. I love how this one looks on my skin, it gives that really glowy base that just looks healthy and amazing. As a primer Maybelline Perfector 4in1 glow makeup will give a nice radiant base and it works well under makeup. I personally like this one as a primer, I use it as a primer when I need more coverage. Paired with foundation it gives that nice healthy glow. My favourite way to use this product is alone for that really natural glowy look. This is a perfect product for those minimal makeup days. I use Maybelline Perfector 4in1 makeup all over my skin, a little bit of concealer under the eyes and creamy concealer on any breakouts if I have them. This product is definitely glowy. I like intense highlighter, so for me this as highlighter on cheeks is not enough. If you like that really natural look then you can wear this one alone on cheeks and it will look beautiful. Honestly this as all in one product is really good, I think it looks amazing on skin. I love applying this one when I don’t have too much time for makeup, so I need a product that will easily perfect my skin. Maybelline Perfector 4in1 makeup is amazing and I definitely recommend it. If you like glowy makeup, glowy base this is a must try product. I really like it and enjoy using it, so I’m pretty sure that I’ll repurchase it at some point.
