I really loved the look of Milk Makeup Jelly tint for face and lips. I thought that product looked so interesting and like a perfect summer makeup product. But, it is quite expensive for something I would just use for summer time, for beach days, which was my first thought on how to use this one. I wouldn’t wear jelly blush on full face of makeup, as this seems like a fresh, no makeup, makeup type of product you know. Milk Makeup jelly tint is quite expensive, it is 229 DKK which is around 30 Euros, which was too much for me to spend on just makeup product that I would use for no makeup days. I was searching one day in my local beauty store and saw this one. It looked so similar to the Milk Makeup Jelly tint and it was quite affordable, so I decided to get it and see what it would look like. Today I will share with you my opinion and full review on Imit8tion Jelly blush that is supposed to be the perfect dupe for Milk Makeup Jelly tint for cheeks and lips.
Packaging is really similar to Milk Makeup Jelly tint packaging. Box and packaging of the blush looks super similar to Milk Makeup. Blush comes in plastic, very cute packaging and it comes with 5.5 g of product. I got the shade Rose, which is a dark pink colour. They had 3 shades in total, which is less than what Milk Makeup offers, they have four shades. Imit8tion product is tinted stick for lips and cheeks, it is supposed to be easy to apply as it glides easily onto the skin where it transforms into a radiant, watercolour like finish. It is supposed to last all day without fading. It has pretty much the same claims like Milk Makeup Jelly tint has, you can use this on lips and cheeks, I mainly use it as a blush on cheeks, but I also tried it on the lips. I will say that this is a really good dupe of Milk Makeup Jelly tint, it looks the same, has pretty much the same colour like Milk Makeup Jelly tint in shade Chill. Price of Imit8tion Jelly blush is 37 DKK (around 5 Euros), which is so much cheaper (25 Euros cheaper) than Milk Makeup Jelly tint that is 229 DKK or 30 Euros.
Imit8tion Jelly blush is a very interesting product. I never had anything similar to this product in my makeup collection. It is a very nice size for a makeup bag or every day bag. This product does look like jelly, it is easy to apply as it glides on the skin and lips. It is definitely like a tint, when you apply it it doesn’t show up super well, but while it dries colour intensifies. While you are applying Imit8tion jelly blush it feels cooling and hydrating and it is extremely lightweight on lips and cheeks. The colour of this blush is lovely, it gives a fresh and healthy look. I especially like this Jelly blush when I have fake tan, because it gives a beautiful fresh and natural look. Imit8tion Jelly blush has a scent, it is not strong, but it smells nice. This product is extremely easy to use and apply. It glides on skin and lips and gives a really natural glowy finish. It is easy to blend with fingers and it gives a natural look. I usually blend it on the cheeks with my finger, it does stain the skin a bit, but it is easy to remove with cleanser. On the lips I apply this product directly from the packaging, like I would apply lip balm or lipstick.
Imit8tion Jelly blush gives a really natural, pretty colour on the lips and it looks stunning on lips and cheeks. You can make colour more vibrant if you apply more product, especially on the lips. If you apply a few layers on the lips you can achieve dark pink intense colour. You can also intensify colour on the cheeks, but I usually prefer a softer look on the cheeks, so I apply a little bit of product for that fresh look. This product lasts the whole day on cheeks, on the lips it fades a bit throughout the day, but it keeps a bit of colour at the end of day. I’m really happy how easy this product is to use and how nice it looks on the lips and cheeks. I’m really glad that I decided to buy this product, because it is indeed the perfect summer product. If you get a chance to try this product, definitely do it, it is great and indeed the perfect dupe for Milk Makeup Jelly tint. This product gives the same look on cheeks and lips like Milk Makeup Jelly tint, it is really great.
